About Me

It can be difficult to begin this process of healing and reaching out for help and support. Showing up for yourself and acknowledging your needs can be one of the hardest challenges we face. Working compassionately with you and all parts of yourself, while honoring where you are in your journey, is the guiding principle of my practice.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience across diverse therapeutic settings, including residential, inpatient units, outpatient programs, as well as individual therapy. I work with individuals of all ages, from pediatrics to adults, and customize my approach to meet the unique needs of each person.

My practice integrates a range of evidence-based modalities and interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts Therapy, Play Therapy interventions, Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Therapy. These tools allow me to support clients in addressing challenges related to stress, trauma, emotional regulation, family dynamics, attachment, and neurodivergence.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to cultivate trust and safety within themselves while developing skills to navigate life outside of therapy. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to process your experiences and equip you with practical strategies to foster growth and resilience. Together, we can work toward your goals, helping you achieve greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and balance.
