$140 per 50-55 minute session.

Payments are due at the start of each session.

Clinical interns may offer sliding scale options for payment.
Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified your therapist or the office administration at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 fee. We charge this fee because our therapist has set aside time just for you and will likely be unable to fill the time slot with less than 24 hours notice.

If you miss three sessions in a period of ninety days, you may lose your recurring session date/time.

Your therapist's time is valuable. There are also many people waiting on lists to see therapists and their mental health is valuable too.

Connected Therapy has the privilege of being contracted with many and most insurance providers. The list below includes the insurance plans we accept. If you do not see yours in the list, please contact us at 775-622-4799 to ask our staff about your specific plan/policy.

We are truly sorry, but we no longer accept Nevada Medicaid (fee for service), Anthem Medicaid, or Tricare.​

It is the responsibility of the client to know what their insurance co-pay, coinsurance, and/or deductible obligations are.

We will complete a courtesy benefits check; however, insurance companies often misquote benefits. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each client to know what their insurance plan covers for outpatient mental health/behavioral health care.

We do offer a superbill that you may submit to your insurance monthly if we are not contracted with them.

Payment

Cash, checks and all major credit cards accepted for payment. We are not currently charging a processing fee for card transactions.
