Relationships:
Couples
Families

As human beings, we are hardwired for interpersonal connection.  Neuroscience emphasizes that we are neurologically wired to connect with others. When we are interacting with another human being, pathways in our brain light up to match the emotions and behaviors that the other person is conveying.  At Connected Therapy, we value relationships.  We understand the importance of human connection.  We offer interpersonal therapy, including couples and family therapy, focused on improving the relationship between individuals by helping them resolve challenges in the relationship and modify unhelpful patterns of interactions.  We also know that there are already innate strengths in all relationships, therefore we focus on these strengths to guide a care plan that is tailored for the couple or family.  We look forward to partnering with you and your loved one to foster healthy psychosocial growth, individually and in the relationship.
