About Me

Brandi Hartline is an experienced therapist with over two decades of expertise in supporting individuals, couples, and families on their healing journey. She specializes in addressing various mental health needs, stress reduction, relationship dynamics, and personal growth. Brandi incorporates a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and family therapy, to assist individuals in reaching their goals and realizing their full potential. 

 

Her areas of expertise include addiction and substance misuse, anxiety and panic disorders, general mental health concerns, and general relationship challenges with family, friends, and co-workers. Brandi also focuses on personal growth and self-esteem enhancement. Brandi offers both individual therapy and couples therapy as part of her services. 

 

She works with adults aged 25-64, teenagers aged 13-17, and young adults aged 18-24. By utilizing behavioral therapies like Prolonged Exposure and ERP, as well as Motivational Interviewing and Structural Family Therapy, Brandi creates a supportive and effective therapeutic environment to facilitate positive change and growth.
