About Me
I’m Morgan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, parents, and adults navigating trauma, emotional challenges, and thoughts of suicide. I’m passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves, to others, and to a sense of meaning in their lives.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), supporting clients in building psychological flexibility and moving toward what matters most to them, even in the presence of difficult thoughts and emotions. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I use to help process trauma and create space for healing and reconnection.
When working with young children and families, I take an attachment-focused approach, drawing from Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Circle of Security Parenting. I focus on strengthening the connection between children and their caregivers, helping create a foundation of safety, trust, and emotional security.
My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences while also supporting you in building deeper connections both within yourself and in your relationships.
If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or alone, you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. I would be honored to support you.
