As a therapist, I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I understand that therapy is not a 'one size fits all' approach, which is why I incorporate various theories and models to best suit each client's needs. My therapeutic toolkit includes Gestalt therapy, systemic theories, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, among others. These approaches enable me to address a wide range of concerns and challenges, including intimate partner violence, anxiety, depression, and various forms of trauma.
