About Me

Some seek therapy to heal from specific experiences, while others aim for personal growth and inner peace. As your therapist, I am committed to working closely with you to manage your mental health and guide your journey toward improved well-being. My approach focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and self-discovery can thrive.

As your therapist, I will draw on my comprehensive training in systemic and relational dynamics to address a wide range of individual, couple, and family concerns. I emphasize the importance of understanding the whole person in the context of their relationships and environment.

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic models, including Gestalt therapy, which reflects my preference for humanistic approaches that emphasize self-awareness, personal responsibility, and focusing on the present moment. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

 

Together, we will explore strategies to develop healthier patterns, reduce stress, and create a more fulfilling life. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing on my academic and clinical experiences to support your journey toward growth and healing.
