About Me

Some seek therapy with the aim of healing from specific experiences, while others are driven by the desire for personal growth and inner peace. As your therapist, I am committed to working closely with you, exploring strategies to effectively manage your mental health and facilitate your journey towards improved well-being. By embarking on this path, you can begin to experience life to the fullest. Throughout our time together, my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space that promotes mental healing.

As a therapist, I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I understand that therapy is not a 'one size fits all' approach, which is why I incorporate various theories and models to best suit each client's needs. My therapeutic toolkit includes Gestalt therapy, systemic theories, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, among others. These approaches enable me to address a wide range of concerns and challenges, including intimate partner violence, anxiety, depression, and various forms of trauma.

Together, we will embark on a collaborative journey to help you find solace, develop healthier patterns, and create a more fulfilling life.
