“Empathy has no script. There is no right way or wrong way to do it. It's simply listening, holding space, withholding judgment, emotionally connecting, and communicating that incredibly healing message of 'you're not alone.'"

Anxiety is a normal part of life. Many people worry about things such as health, money, or relationships. But anxiety disorders involve more than occasional worry or fear. For people with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. The symptoms can interfere with daily activities such as work, school, and relationships.

There are several types of anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and various phobia-related disorders.

At Connected Therapy, we want to help you reduce that worry and fear that is affecting your quality of life.  All of our therapists have advanced training and specialties in treating anxiety.
