Life can bring many challenges that often leave us feeling alone, helpless and confused. Sometimes our emotions can get the best of us, and we can become our own worst critics. It takes courage to seek help and work towards healing. Everyone deserves to be supported and have a safe place to be their full authentic selves. Whether you are going through life changes, experience low self-esteem, depression or anxiety, I am here to meet you exactly where you are and guide you towards healing. 


I offer a strength-based approach as I truly believe each person is capable of overcoming difficult times in their lives. I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate awareness of unhelpful thought patterns that keep you emotionally stuck and to facilitate both change and acceptance. I also have experience in ADHD management with individuals of all ages.
