About Me

With more than 20 years of behavioral health and social work experience, I have been afforded the opportunity to assist people in navigating life’s challenges and finding their path toward healing and balance. I specialize in working with adults in various phases of life who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational distress, substance use and/or addictions, trauma, or managing the emotional impact of chronic medical diagnoses/conditions. 

I take an integrative approach to care, including the use of attachment-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). Utilizing multiple therapeutic approaches, I am able to provide personalized support that helps clients develop practical coping skills, gain insight, and build resilience.

 

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can learn practical tools for everyday life, to foster personal growth and optimal health and well-being.
