About Me

Healing is a journey—one that begins with the courageous choice to reach out. Acknowledging that we need support is not a weakness; it is a profound act of self-awareness and strength. Emotional healing often requires us to slow down, gently explore our inner world, and hold space for the parts of ourselves that are hurting. This process takes time, vulnerability, and deep self-compassion.

As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you—offering presence, care, and respect, no matter where you are on your path. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is always client-centered, with a focus on empowering you to connect with your inner wisdom and move toward a life that feels more free, grounded, and whole.

Since 2011, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate a wide range of emotional and behavioral health challenges. I specialize in addiction recovery, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and more. I work with adults and couples, using an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and inner-child healing work. I also have formal training in Written Exposure Therapy for trauma.

For those who are seeking a spiritually integrated approach, I offer Christian counseling upon request, with a focus on biblical inner healing.

Healing is not something you have to do alone. Whether you're navigating pain from the past or facing present-day challenges, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create a path forward that honors your story and supports your transformation—body, mind, and spirit.
